Gentle Yoga
Clear, specific directions are given for a meditative experience of breath & movement. We will begin each class with an awareness exercise, followed by breathing, movement and relaxation. Weekly emails with videos, poetry & PDF's will support what is experienced in class. iRest®/YogaNidra iRest® gently guides you through body and breath awareness and an exploration of emotions, cognitions and joy. It is a non-dogmatic, secular practice where you learn to guide yourself through meditative sequences. Once learned, iRest® is a practice that you can easily integrate into your daily routines. Its use dramatically reduces stress, helps overcome insomnia, resolve trauma, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression. |

8 Week Series beginning April 5th through May 27th Cost: 8 weeks (24 classes) for $125 Mondays, 7-8pm: iRest®/Yoga Nidra Tuesdays, 4-5pm: Gentle Yoga Thursdays, 10-11am: Gentle Yoga *all times are EST; classes are recorded to view at other times. All classes are live streamed and will be recorded. Weekly email support videos & PDF's will also be sent.
