Gentle Yoga
Clear, specific directions are given for a meditative experience of breath & movement. We will begin each class with an awareness exercise, followed by breathing, movement and relaxation. Weekly emails with videos, poetry & PDF's will support what is experienced in class. iRest®/YogaNidra iRest® gently guides you through body and breath awareness and an exploration of emotions, cognitions and joy. It is a non-dogmatic, secular practice where you learn to guide yourself through meditative sequences. Once learned, iRest® is a practice that you can easily integrate into your daily routines. Its use dramatically reduces stress, helps overcome insomnia, resolve trauma, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression. |
Summer Series
Two 6 Week Sessions Enjoy summer while maintaining body, mind & spirit! All classes are live via Zoom in the comfort & convenience of your own home or travel spots. You will be supported with recordings of all classes and weekly emails offering tips to incorporate yoga & meditation practices into daily life through audio, visual and written materials.
