Gentle Yoga
Clear, specific directions are given for a meditative experience of breath & movement. We will begin each class with an awareness exercise, followed by breathing, movement and relaxation. Weekly emails with videos, poetry & PDF's will support what is experienced in class.

iRest®/YogaNidra
iRest® gently guides you through body and breath awareness and an exploration of emotions, cognitions and joy. It is a non-dogmatic, secular practice where you learn to guide yourself through meditative sequences. Once learned, iRest® is a practice that you can easily integrate into your daily routines. Its use dramatically reduces stress, helps overcome insomnia, resolve trauma, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression.

Summer Series
Two 6 Week Sessions
Enjoy summer while maintaining body, mind & spirit! 

All classes are live via Zoom in the comfort & convenience of your own home or travel spots.

You will be supported with recordings of all classes and weekly emails offering tips to incorporate yoga & meditation practices into daily life through audio, visual and written materials.
Cost: $100 per 6 week session or $175 for all 12 weeks
