Gentle Yoga
Clear, specific directions are given for a meditative experience of breath & movement. We will begin each class with an awareness exercise, followed by breathing, movement and relaxation. Weekly emails with videos, poetry & PDF's will support what is experienced in class. iRest®/YogaNidra iRest® gently guides you through body and breath awareness and an exploration of emotions, cognitions and joy. It is a non-dogmatic, secular practice where you learn to guide yourself through meditative sequences. Once learned, iRest® is a practice that you can easily integrate into your daily routines. Its use dramatically reduces stress, helps overcome insomnia, resolve trauma, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression. |
Our next 6 week session, Spring Renewal, will begin April 8 and run through May 16 Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm Thursdays, 10-11am Cost: $75 (I am not doing the yoga nidra class this session as I have another commitment at 6pm on Mondays. I will include recordings in the weekly newsletters) All Classes are live on Zoom Links to recordings will be sent after the class to watch at your convenience.
